I had to blur out the townships.  Keeping is safe here

I must say that when I see the transformation of this earth when the evening glow touches all that we see, I feel that God, at that moment, is touching his creation and adding warmth even where it is very cold. When I see the evening glow spreading it's unique and very special hue across the landscape, I also feel God touch my heart....

 

Tara and Madeline both had to get flu shots today. We did that early in the morning and then took our time coming home so I could take pictures of what is left of fall. It is very overcast today, but is is the kind of day that is great for pictures. The color of everything just POPS without any harsh shadows.

We came across a little farm that had pumpkins for sale.  Tara asked if we could go so I pulled in.  They had the most whimsical gardens.  Tara and Madeline got to see the VERY, VERY stinky turkeys and I let them pick out some gourds to take home.

Then we were back on the road while mommy looked for more pretty fall pictures to take.

 

So often, I will see free standing Silo's.  The barn may be gone, but the silo is a solitary reminder of a time gone by.  I love them.

I have recently started to use a new method to reduce the size of my pictures for upload here to blogstream. I realized today, that this method has drastically diminished the resolution of my pictures. Today I have been going back and fixing the fall pictures so if I keep coming up in the stream with no new posts, that is way. Sorry!
