I took a picture of this barn before. It's on page 6 of my blog. But today, I was taking Madeline to the Doctor. Poor little honey has a urinary tract infection. On the way, I noticed how pretty the chicory flowers were on the side of the road, so I took this picture for a different perspective of the barn than the original.


Then, continuing on our ride home, I noticed these Day Lilly's and just had to stop and shoot them as well.

Last week, I was out and about with the girlies. I came across this property that was just landscaped beyond anything I've ever seen. I pulled in and spoke to the husband. Apparently the wife is a "master gardener". I was amazed. I asked if I could bring the girls back for a photo shoot. He was all for it. My sister Cindy has an AWESOME camera, so I asked her if she'd come and shoot the girls for me. That's where these pictures were taken.

The last 2 pictures I did some of my photo magic to, to give a tinted soft effect.

I dread the day that a boy calls home to talk to one of my girls.

I can hardly believe that this beautiful creation posed long enough for me to capture these pictures. It is astounding detail that God gives to his tiny creatures.




Then I got this little beauty. It's a hummingbird Moth. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get my camera to capture their wings because they move so fast.

I was lucky enough to capture these pictures of a tiny butterfly. I especially like the first one with the proboscis sticking out.

Back on the 2nd of July, we went to my sisters house for a little family gathering. Her little boy Austen so patiently and gently played soccer with the girls. What a handsome boy!
