That has happened to two of Lulu's teeth. She wouldn't let me pull the first one to save her life cuz "it will hurt"! I finally (after 3 weeks of it hanging & sticking straight out got her to let me "feel" of it to "see how loose it is". The adult tooth was very visible. I had a paper towel & POP. Then I told her to let me feel it again & she said "don't! it'll hurt!". I just smiled & showed her her tooth already in the towel.... I pulled it the first time. It did bleed quite a bit, but we got that to stop soon enough.
She's just scared like my girl was. Doesn't it look funny sticking out of her lips when they're closed? I don't know how the adult tooth didn't push it out.

Secret - Ughh, you can feel what I do. I have to admit though that the reason it is the way that it is, is because I tried (and failed) two previous times to get this tooth out. It wasn't quite ready . Now she's afraid for me to do it (and can you blame her?!). I did finally get it yesterday though. Thank goodness!
